Our hands-on Regulatory Team comprises of all qualified Pharmacists who work in a boundary-less internal and external environment to ensure speedy registration of new products and registration renewals. This team also plays a key advisory role to ensure that the Supply Chain and the Selling and Distribution functions strictly comply with all regulatory rules and norms as laid down by the Cosmetics, Devices and Drugs Authority (CDDA) of Sri Lanka.

This function is responsible for the accurate forecasting and planning of inventory levels in close co-ordination with our Principal Business Managers and the Sales Division to ensure that inventory levels are constantly maintained as per the requirement of the market. This team works round the clock co-ordinating related activities with our Principal Companies located across the globe to ensure that sufficient stocks are always available to cater to patients’ and doctors’ needs.

By harnessing years of industry experience, a finely tuned procedure of continuous follow up of pre-shipment documentation and procedures, and, the adoption of proactive measures to fast track the clearing of goods, we are generally successful in clearing our shipments within three working days.

Storage is an essential and critical component of our operation. Our modern warehouse, spanning an area of over 25,000 square feet, is strategically located in close proximity to both the seaport and the airport, and is equipped with all necessary facilities for regulatory compliance including cold storage and temperature controlled environments.

The dedicated Tender Division effectively networks across all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all relevant Principals’ products receive an equal opportunity in bidding and winning tenders in a highly competitive and challenging tendering environment. The Tender Division has recorded a success rate of over 15% in winning tenders and is responsible for the following activities.

• Collection of all related tender documents
• Provide past tender details such as prices, parties won, details of other bidders
• Completing tender bids on behalf of principals and quoting for tenders
• Obtaining tender readings and communicating of results
