With this view, the Management of Hemas Pharmaceuticals designed the MEDICAL DELEGATES’ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MDPDP) supported by experts from Hemas Hospitals attached to the fields of medicine and pharmacy. The programme successfully concluded its first learning course with the induction of 22 senior Medical Delegates from 08 Principal Agencies, who underwent a rigorous in-house training for 4 ½ months with a comprehensive curriculum that included subjects on Medical Science such as Human Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmaceutics & Pharmacology, Pharmaceuticals Industry, and also learning on behavioural skills related to Personality Development.
The 1st Intake of the MDPDP passed out on the 12th September 2009 and the 2nd Intake of 47 Medical Delegates commenced the programme amidst a distinguished gathering graced by Mr. Husein Esufally, CEO of Hemas Holdings PLC.
